Cancelation and Rescheduling requirements
- Minimum notice of 7 days is required during normal season appointments and minimum of 10 days notice if your hunt is scheduled within 10 days of a holiday a 40% charge will be incurred if the reschedules or cancellations happen within these minimum time frames.
We are very busy during the Holiday's and cannot risk a cancellation or no-show. Thank you.
CREDIT CARDS ARE REQUIRED TO MAKE A RESERVATION.
- If a party is a "no-show" for a scheduled hunt, there will be a mandatory charge to the card on file for 50% of the total cost of the hunt.
